"Good location with easy transport links. Very useful to have twenty four hour reception and check in, staff at the desk were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of choice, and a good size room so even when busy, didnât feel overcrowded. The bar downstairs is nice - great for people watching the lobby! Rooms nice and simple with large bathrooms. Would happily stay again. "
"The hotel is located right next to the bahnhoff, making it very easy to get to and from the area, and the proximity to the old town, Mirabellplatz, and the river makes it an excellent choice. The upper 2 floors for the bar and breakfast area privide great views of the city and the fortress on the hill. "

We had the junior suite, 10/10 shower/water pressure with plenty of towels for a family of 4. Very comfortable pillows and blanket. Excellent breakfast with real eggs, bacon, sausage and many other items. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. "

"Six+ stars!!! Cocoon hotel and front desk & dining staff are just wonderful !! The decor is organic boutique on point and aesthetically pleasing !! Love love love the organic theming and all the beautiful plants and terrariums throughout. We always looked forward to and enjoyed the walk from the elevator to our room & vis versa with the peaceful sounds of nature (opps, spoiler alert and if you are a fan of âSeveranceâ def pulling some Sererance vibes, haha in a good way, maybe itâs just me ). Breakfast is amazing full stop; hands down best of our journey; lots of proteins and lighter on the danishes thatâs a plus for me and the âChia parfaitâ soo delicious! Coffee bar too!!
