"A lovely hotel in a super pretty back street full of Salzburg Charm. Friendly and helpful reception staff as were the team at breakfast. Room was comfortable (Fridge and safe) lots of hot water and towels. Chocolates appeared one night from no where. Free tea/coffee/hot chocy machine available all day. Great place."

"Spent two nights here while visiting Salzburg: this was one of the very best experiences we’ve had. From check in through the end of our stay, the service was impeccable. Room was amazing - we were second from the top with a 270 degree view of the city. We had a multi-course meal at The Glass Garden and an informal dinner the next night in their restaurant/bar: excellent wine and drink selection, exceptional food, and again wonderful service. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, and we enjoyed that area twice. Short 10 minute walk gets you to an elevator that takes you right down to town. Perfect home base for a classy Salzburg adventure!"
