There was push back to my move request but I showed my Expedia reservation and they honored the request for the move. The hotel was fully booked. After the initial room change discussion, the service was very good and they apologized for the problem & wanted to make sure we were happy. They handled reservations for us well to a concert at the palace. I would definitely stay there again. "
