"We had a lovely stay in Salzburg! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful! We were given an apartment style room across the street from the main property which was spacious and comfortable! The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was updated nicely and the building was super cute as well. Nice touches in the bathroom with slippers and a couple other nice amenities! No elevator but not a big deal at all! The use of the coffee machine in the building was great! We opted out of breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The location in Salzburg was fantastic, walking distance to all major attractions and the Christmas markets! Overall a great stay and I would stay again if I am ever back in Salzburg! "

"Breakfast was not included, but we had both breakfast and a lunch in the Sky Bar rooftop. The staff was incredible from our arrival til we left. Toby helped us get our car to the garage, Michael was my go to for everything! We had an issue with our shower and the maintenance showed up immediately. A day later he gave us help finding a doctor for my friend. Every person at the desk was the most helpful. "

"The hotel is in a great location opposite the Mirabell Gardens and superb public transport is outside too with a direct service to and from the airport (bus no 2). The reception and breakfast staff are amazing and the Gluewien in the cafe is the best in Salzburg- we did extensive testing! The breakfast set us up for the day and was very good. All tastes are catered for with fresh eggs available to order. Some might say the room is small however it is more than adequate with big bed (extra pillows from reception) 2 chairs to and shower in the bathroom. It is not a modern character less hotel like a Travelodge or Premier Inn etc. there are fast food places nearby or wander for 5-10 minutes for great restaurants. Overall highly recommended."
