"The staff is excellent! I cannot say enough about that. However, I would not recommend having a car. Public transport or taxi is easier to reach the hotel. Also, the beds themselves are very hard, but you can ask the staff to put down a mattress cushion - they are glad to do it. Food there is excellent! "

"Amazing location, wonderfully appointed and very clean apartment at the very top (4th floor walk up) in a 13th century building. The room is small but has (almost) everything needed for a perfect stay. We were lucky enough to be here over Christmas and the Markets were almost directly outside our front door!! A few points to note: the washer/dryer (combo in one machine) is shared across 4 apartments on the floor in an unlocked door at the end of the hall - if people cooperate, it’s doable, but...
