My only negative comment is the lack of ventilation in the room and the non-working heat. It was very rainy when I was there and the room was very damp. There is no ventilation other than windows, which really isn't useful in the rain. All my clothes felt damp, even in the suitcase. It would have helped if the heat worked. ...

"We were pleseantly surprised. Hotel is little bit dated but the staff (especially lady at the reception), amenities and some little touches offset that. Food was great, including room service dining and breakfast with many healthy options. You can opt for breakfast to be served in your room as well, for no extra charge. "
