I came to Cairo for work and training. Longchamp, particularly the terrace, was a wonderful oasis of peace after my busy days. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff were friendly and very attentive. They room and all common areas were very clean. Breakfast had a good variety and the location is perfect! It is a very short walk from the Green Line metro, on a popular street for restaurants and shopping, and very accessible by car.

The staff went out of their way to look after me - even letting me know which places offered beer with meals during their month of Ramadan!

A hotel with a very nice view at the middle of the city

Wondeful property

The ambience is great. The staff are courteous and warm.

Great staff, very friendly. Best location in Cairo.

I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House...

The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well.

Good and very safe location, excellent view, service, food option, and friendly staff. I highly recommend

Highly recommended, the hotel newly opened and everything is unique, the staff is very friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious, thank you Ajira , definitely will come again ❤️

nice hotel, clean room, great staff always available to help

I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure.

At first I didn't know what to expect the price was right, and I was hoping the stay would be. Since the location is right around everything in the city. It went above and beyond my expectations in cleanliness, the staff were always kind and attentive, none felt like a bother, and even offered to send breakfast to my room when I missed came in late. The courtesy and generousity I received from the staff will certainly bring me back again!

Such a wonderful place and great location. Mohamed Sayed was the best host and so accommodating! Would stay here again and again.

The hotel is in a very noisy road and there is substantial noise even late at night on the front rooms - try to request a room with look to the back for morw silence

Very nice room, and great location. It was very spacious, clean and convenient. However, note finding it isn’t easy. You arrive to the building and it’s not very clear where the entrance is and there’s not really a staff, but instead normally a single hired person to be on standby in the area to actually call the staff to the building to let you in. It’s a very unique situation, but overall once you get in it’s very nice inside. I would make sure to contact Brasbell via WhatsApp beforehand to...
