"A really beautiful hotel, very clean & wonderful amenities. The staff were very friendly. Great food in the restaurant & especially helpful was a laundry station right across from the hotel. Easy walking area to have access to all the shops & restaurants around the area. I would highly recommend a stay here this hotel chain is one I will return to & have special memories of."

"The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. One of the few right on the beach, with a cute bar on the patio, indoor restaurant overlooking La Concha. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful! 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat"

A few minor downsides: - we asked for a packed breakfast on the day we left because we were travelling early and it was the saddest most unappetizing thing I have ever seen - the daily breakfast was okay but nothing special. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was much appreciated though - some of the staff are a bit slow (like the person making drinks) but overall very friendly"
