"Welcoming staff on the front desk and in the bar. Quiet room on the 2nd floor with comfortable king size bed, very nice interior decor but not much of a view other than a building site. Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again"

"Reception staff is amazing and the cleaning staff are friwndly and so acxomodating. This motel was comfortable and so conveniwnt to the train station, the mall and to the shops. Love the awimmimg pool."
