"This is a great centrally located property with dining and shopping options galore within walking distance, anything from restaurants to dispensaries just a short walk, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Ypu would be hard pressed to find a more friendly ,professional and accomodating bunch anywhere!! Great place"

"The customer service here was incredible. All the staff were very friendly and extremely kind and helpful. We had so much fun, it felt magical. Staff helped make our experience so much better by answering all questions and providing answers with much kindness and direction. Only complaint is having to pay for parking, which felt like a complete scam. Then, after having to pay for parking, I was asked to return to my car --which was at the end of the parking lot -- in the rain, with a bad knee, to provide proof of paid parking slip in the car window. Most Great Wolf Lodges do not require you to pay for parking, and this felt over the top, considering the establishment makes it easy to spend money on every other aspect of your stay. Besides this, we had an absolutely incredible, fun, magical, easy-going stay that provided us with the most fond memories !!"
