"Upon check in, found out that the superior rooms did not have an exterior window. Luckily, our room’s window overlooked a type of lounge with plants which did have windows so we were able to see outside and get light through those windows so it was fine. I would not have been happy with a window that was against a wall. "

Elevators do not appear to be adequate for the number of rooms in the building. Internet service was very poor, dropping signal regularly, and not available to us for more than half of the time."

"We booked a club double room, which was perfect for ourselves. It was of a adequate size and a great ensuite shower. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, but in, part of the hotel opposite. (Just over the road) but with the same standard. The room was clean, quiet and it had everything in it we needed and more, even a Microwave! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day, so we could explore further. The hotel is perfectly situated approx 7 mins...

"Very good room, solid bed and facilities. Had a great view of the room opposite out of my window so didn’t have the curtains up for the stay. House keeping came in everyday to make the bed and change the towels. Didn’t remove any rubbish during stay except for what was left after the first night. I had spilt a bit of juice on the bed nothing major approx a drop, sheet were just flipped over never changed. "

"My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the London eye and had a bus stop only mètres from the front door and a tube station only about a 2 minute walk away. The room was standard hotel size (not overly large) but had a kitchenette which was very handy with a Sainsburys just downstairs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, printing out a lengthy document for us. There is a guest laundry with the washing machines free to use but...
