"Great location "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived with a confirmed booking (and a second stay already reserved for our return trip), only to be told at check-in that they no longer accept KOHO credit cards. This policy was never communicated ahead of time. We were nearly denied our room entirely despite having prepaid plans, which was incredibly stressful after a long day of travel. Because of this, we were forced to cancel our return booking. Although they eventually gave us a room, the experience only got worse from there. The room was filled with an overpowering artificial fruity air freshener smell that felt like it was trying to cover something up. It was unpleasant and impossible to ignore. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was loud, inconsistent, and ran all night, making it very difficult to sleep. The lack of communication, last-minute policy changes, and poor room quality made this stay frustrating and unacceptable. We did not feel respected or accommodated as paying guests. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere."

"Clean rooms, basic amenities, hot tub out of service, breakfast options limited"

"Place is really overdue for some renovations, and it's not very clean at all. Swimming pool was good, breakfast was great, and luckily it wasn't to smelly. Staff was very friendly and helpful "

"Hotel is good first day stay not good the people in room 206 threw a party all night slammed the doors talked loud just didn’t sleep all night. Went down stairs to complain and the lady went to room to tell them to go to sleep and no more loud music and more complains they were gone. But they were loud all night didn’t sleep the next night they changed are room to 408 it was better other then that it was good I figured they would of done more since they had multiple complaints and we were next door to the party but oh well. "
