"I had a fantastic stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location truly couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything Vancouver has to offer, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but a special mention goes to Pavel—he was absolutely awesome and made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It was outstanding, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations. Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I will definitely be staying here again."

"I came for the Vancouver Sun Run and the location could not be more perfect. I had a single room that was amazingly spacious, and included a large basin and mirror. There was 1 shower/toilet, and 1 toilet on the floor and I never waited to use these during my 3 night stay. Staff were very friendly and everything was extremely clean. I loved my stay and would highly recommend. "

"Our car was parked in the locked, secured parking garage unfortunately it was broken into, and our passports were stolen during our stay. Otherwise it is a decent downtown hotel and crime is outside of the control of each individual hotel and I do not blame them however, I do not believe a five star would be warranted since security was not on site or present."
