"Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. "The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."
