I checked out one day early and was told to contact Expedia for a refund yet when the Expedia called the hotel, there was no refund given due to the response of the hotel. Although the staff was very helpful, at least some of them were, I didn’t appreciate being told That I can get a refund just for the hotel to turn it down. Definitely not good business practice."

I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."
