"This was a nice property and was very walkable which is a plus when visiting another city. The staff was extremely helpful with locating the parking deck and they had a room available for early check in as I requested days prior. My only complaint is that I was advised of a different early check in price than I had to pay and it was not honored upon check in. The room could’ve been a little cleaner as well but it wasn’t dirty. There’s a semi rooftop lounge area on the 5th floor that I absolutely loved that added a nice touch to the property. I would stay here again."

"I spent six nights at the Hampton Inn and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The hotel is in a great location, the entire facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The amenities made an extended stay especially comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each morning, and I really appreciated having unlimited tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24/7. The onsite gym is also surprisingly well equipped and was a huge plus during a six-night stay. The location is incredibly convenient, with a grocery store, Starbucks, and several restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab anything I needed without going far. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was Taylon Hopkins at the front desk. Taylon went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The level of attentiveness, professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out. It’s people like Taylon who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one, and I hope Hampton Inn recognizes the exceptional level of service Taylon provides to guests. After six nights, I can confidently say this was an excellent experience. Clean rooms and facilities, a convenient location, great amenities, complimentary breakfast, and truly outstanding customer service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone visiting the area."

"I think the location was great. The property was well maintained and felt welcoming, however the staff representative I had seemed to have some prejudice against me. I asked very politely if there would be any rooms available at a higher level with a nice view as I’ve never got to experience Atlanta, she put me on a low floor with a view of nothing but the backside of the building. Besides that interaction, everyone else seemed either helpful or just entirely pleasant. I’d love to return again just maybe avoid that representative next time."
