"Clean,modern room, friendly staff. Average breakfast but very weak coffee. The breakfast area is well maintained. Construction happening outside the hotel so pay attention. Also arrive on time or early as late arrivals end up parking in the adjacent garage."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at Colee. We were celebrating her 18th birthday and everything went very well from check in to check out. The staff from front desk, dining and valet were amazing! We’ll definitely be back."

"The upholstery headboards need cleaning, several path areas on ceiling. Hot tub out of order and Friday advertised as $10 old fashioned come to find out it's only a few hours on Friday. Truly misleading, also I liked it better when weekend guest did not have to pay for parking. Space still nice but bathrooms, headboard and ceiling could use an upgrade. Also hallways spelled of old water damage."
