"This is a beautiful resort that has great potential. But it was a bit eerie being there with very little guests there. For several days we had the entire pool to ourselves. It was weird. I went for my birthday and thought there would be more energy at the resort. But you can’t have energy if you don’t have people present. The staff did their best to keep us entertained. "Excelente trato de todo el personal , desde la llegada hasta la despedida nos encanto el nivel de variedad de entretenimiento , la señorita que nos hizo la habitación maravillosa 1139 y 1140 muy eficaz para que decir del grupo maravilloso de animación y recreación, el restaurante japonés nos encanto el show muy bueno y la comida especial, el manager del restaurante muy atento . Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort

"I decided to come here based off TIk Tok to celebrate my birthday. We had a blast, staff was great from the time we checked in to checking out. This is a relaxing resort so don’t expect to party, which I really enjoyed. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!"
