"I like the hospitality and the product at this property. However, I paid the security deposit via debit card and at check out I was told that I would have to wait 30 days to receive my security deposit back into my card because I am using Bank of Guam. Very disappointing!!! KenCorp needs to fix this matter."

"The staff here is amazing! The rooms are clean and hotel pricing is very competitive. Hope the word doesn’t get out and pricing increases as this is my go to spot when visiting the island. Stayed here a total of 10 days on two different reservations. Keep up the great work Hotel Tano and thank you for the up-keep and hospitality!"

"I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC. "

"The deluxe ocean view room was rly spacious and we had a quiet corner all to ourselves. Only thing was that the outlet next to the TV was not working but other than that we had a great experience "

"We stayed at Dusit Thani Guam and absolutely loved it! Everything was top-notch — the room was spotless and perfectly maintained. The dining area was amazing: the food was delicious and varied, and the service was excellent. The pools were especially impressive — clean, well-kept, and with a beautiful view. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation with kids. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!"
