"We had an amazing stay on Oct 23.as we returned from Singapore. As we were checking in, we were told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade to the Penthouse suite. What??? I don't know what we did to deserve it, but it was such an amazing surprise. The room was beautiful! Thank you to the kind and friendly staff for a much-needed relaxing night. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Vancouver or next layover. "

"Quick check in, friendly staff, amazing views! My only complaint is the slow internet. There is an option to pay for better internet, but I feel that an expensive hotel should not charge guests for fast internet."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful! The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was SO comfortable! The only downside was the omelettes at breakfast. Nit would have been nice to offer omelettes without cheese as I can’t eat that. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was."
