"I want to start off by saying the location was perfect, very conveniently located to everything. However, upon arrival, I find out that the elevator doesn’t work, and the receptionist didn’t even offer to help with the luggage’s. I had two luggage's that I needed to carry up two floors. Then, when I arrived to my room, the second you open the door the room reeks of a sewer smell. Given the price you pay for this property, more professionalism and cleanliness is expected.
