"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

"Although needing a train to access this place massively exceeded our expectations. The apartment was enormous with the luxury of a private semi outdoor thermal bath & a sauna. For a family of 5 this was absolutely perfect, very glad we chose here & not the other older hotels in the area"
