We had an unplanned late arrival. I contacted the property and spoke with Charlotte who kindly made arrangements for us to access our room when we arrived. The room was very pleasant and we were very comfortable. The location that is easily walkable to the city center is great.

Had a great experience. The bathroom was so new they hadn’t finished caulking it yet so it leaked when we showered. The owner was aware of this and made extra provisions of towels until they had it scheduled to get fixed after our stay. The jacuzzi tub was huge and very comfortable but needs to be generously filled or water will splash everywhere when turned on. Our king bed was two twins together so it had a seem but the beds and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was a 10-15...

This hotel was our favorite of the 10 or so we had on the trip. The staff members were very friendly, room conditions were very clean (they even did our dishes for us!) and the reception had DVD's we could borrow.
We were updated to a king room (from queen) without even asking, since few people were staying there.
Even in winter, the lake views were absolutely stunning. The shared balconies were spacious and a perfect breakfast spot.

I loved my stay at this place. Lovely property, my room had a kitchenette and a lake view. Close to everything within the walking distance. Very nice manager.

Nice little accommodation near the heart of Queenstown. Friendly service. Clean. Large main room with kitchen area. Separate bedroom. The furniture was not very comfortable.

The place was very clean. The location was great, easily walk all around town and to the skyline. Tons of restaurants close by. We used the kitchen and it worked out well.

Polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Easy walking distance to downtown and gondola (5-10 minutes). Excellent view of mountains, lake and golf course from room 5. View rooms are amazing- worth the extra cost.

Staff was helpful. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Clearly organized, and meticulous attention to detail. I needed an extra pillow and management was quick to respond.
Lovely environment, although outdoor furniture in our room could be easily improved. Loved the small town and downtown area. A four square grocery was a 3 minute walk.. and we enjoyed a hot chicken for dinner. We managed to plate it and enjoy that as a light dinner in the mini kitchenette space. One evening we...
