"We had a lovely stay at Slaley Hall. The bedroom was very clean and a good size , as was the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The evening meal was very good and we had a choice of restaurant or bar. The pool and surrounding area was excellent, loungers, sauna, even an area for drinks The breakfast was also very nice, with a good choice. A beautiful Hotel and a fantastic stay. "

"We were given a lovely little lodge in courtyard with downstairs Tv area & bathroom and a mezzanine upper where the comfiest of beds were situated. The bathroom was beautiful, massive shower cubicle! The hosts were brilliant, even down to being shown which parts of the building were eldest & a centuries old stone winding staircase that was used by soldiers in the days of fighting over the English Scottish border. Breakfast was included & was beautiful. If we’re ever in the area again we’d definitely stay here. "
