"What I liked about the property was the convenience of the location to the event my family & I were attending.
The hotel cleanliness was great.
Our room was clean except for the mental door stripping that was not properly secured to the floor and my family member hit her toe on it. I immediatly took pictures and showed the pictures of the mental door stripping to the staff. They immediately called maintenance to fix the problem. I am thankful my family member didn't have to seek medical attention after hitting that metal stripping.
The continental breakfast was good and there was plenty of choices to choose from.
The staff was friendly & professional. Was looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was inoperable. However, Hilton next door allowed us to use their pool that was nice.
I would stay there again especially if the venue I am going to is only 6 minutes away."
