"The property was amazing. Large space with plenty of room. The bed we used in the master was very comfortable! Ambiance accentuated with a steam shower in the master bath, a fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the balcony— accessible from either bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of utensils and dishes, pots and pans. Coffee maker and toaster were provided. Communication’s with the host, Joe, were easy and his response was quick! No questions, no problems! Check in was a breeze. Will definitely see if this spot is available next time we come to Michigan’s harbor country! Thanks"

"Fantastic stay, walking distance to Journeymen Distillery and The Acorn Theatre. There is a breakfast place next door. Really you could walk to any place in Three Oaks from the apartment. You are also in short driving range to New Buffalo or Lake Michigan. The Wine trail starts near by as well. Overall 5 star stay."

"Perfect home for a girls weekend!! The home had everything we needed and the hot tub was already set to 104 degrees!! Brittany was very responsive and the whole process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Outstanding experience all the way around. It was the first time we’ve stayed at a place that was not actively staffed and it turned out to be a great experience. The only issue we had was a lack of hot water in the shower both days - the hot water would stop for a few minutes before coming back which made our showers a bit tricky. In spite of this, we loved the room, the property, and the location. "

"The room I got was okay before inspection. I got a king bed for the night and underneath the desk were three little chocolate-like, maybe even “Milk Duds” candy droplets along the floor. In the bathroom, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained with mold and it had this old-aged smell rather than a “clean” smell. There was some accumulation of dust within the room too, which just makes it seem like it was never touched at all. When me and my partner went to the desk to discuss these issues, they were very caring and upgraded us to a different room to move into. In this room there was a jacuzzi but due to the season, those amenities wouldn’t be utilized. However, the cracks in the jacuzzi and off the side of it to the floor were several carcasses of dead bugs. While I know they’re not living, it also gives this vibe that the hotel isn’t that well looked after or understaffed. With this too, the bathroom still had that “old age” moldy like smell. We also put the privacy thing on the outside of our door that says “do not disturb” and around 09:00 in the morning and again at 10:00, there was a knocking at our door asking us if we were “checking out.” Overall, just not a great experience. "

"A fantastic experience all around. The hosts, Phil and Julie, were extremely easy to interact with and were accommodating. The property is in great shape (and clean), and has everything you need. Our kids had a blast with the ping pong table. The location is great - walkable to 'downtown' New Buffalo and the beach. Would definitely stay here again."
