"The staff from check out to check in were so kind, and helpful! Our stay followed a concert at the Scotia Bank Center, we were tired after the concert and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast the following morning was room service which was absolutely delicious! Overall, very impressed! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will be returning for a stay in the future. "

"When I checked in, the front desk staff and manager were incredibly rude, degrading and mean to me. They claimed they could not find my reservation when I checked in at 4 o’clock and made me wait until 4:50 pm before I was able to get into a room, making me late for an online meeting. I also was not feeling well. And why I booked the room. They claimed they had no responsibility of not being able to find my reservation even though I supplied them with a copy of the receipt and my confirmation number from an Expedia. The front desk manager threatened to treat me poorly a couple of times and not help me as he believed it was not his responsibility for some reason that they could not find my reservation and had no interest at all to help me until he finally did and basically made me beg for assistance. He took my phone for me from me for over 30 minutes, trying to solve the situation which was very confusing. I’m very upset with how degrading the front desk manager was in treating me and how he made me feel in order just to get into my room. This was also the second night staying there as my second night reservation was for emergency.. very very very disappointed how I was treated "
