"The staff are absolutely incredible here, they were accommodating and so kind. The rooms are great and the bath tub was awesome after a long day of walking. I suggest bringing ear plugs because you hear everyone’s doors open and slam shut all night long. The restaurant is delicious give it a try, it’s in a weird spot but great staff and food"

"The hotel cost was reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning during our stay. There was a lot of variety and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful as they ensured the food was always stocked up, and the tables were clean etc. The bathroom was small and lacked hooks and towel bars to hang towels and clothes. The pillows must have been brand new as they were very puffy and lofty?!? We used the laundry facilities which was okay and out in the basement area. One dryer was out of order and the other dryer was not great. Very busy as many people were doing laundry- more machines and better dryers would be good. It’s a hotel with good value for your $."

"The room was extremely clean, breakfast was very good with many options, and the location was perfect. We found places to eat within a short walk and the hotel is right across from the Citadel."
