"Hotel is old. Beds are too soft and the front desk staff charged me twice for my stay. There was major complications with the check in process. Was charged on my visa debit 50$ plus the room at check jn and then was charged again on check out and because it's a Visa Debit, it's going to take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. There is no need to charge a guest twice. Charge on the way out."

"Brutal wifi for such a sizeable hotel chain. You might as well advertise as no wifi. Reminders me of 20 or 30 years ago. Contention with rest of customers for very little bandwidth or very few open connections Very disappointed just to get a news feed let alone stream a movie"

"There is very limited parking and you have to pay. The building is very old and there’s dusty construction stuff hanging around where the old reception would have been. The building is not accessible at all and there are many steep stairs to get to the rooms. No ice machine. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels- they would not be delivered to the room so you had to get it from the front desk. The tv would not work as it was and would not connect to the internet- there is no cable only chrome cast which is fine but you need the internet- staff would not help with this. The room itself was okay as the beds were comfortable but other than that this was an expensive backpackers style hostel. No room service."
