"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel. The view of the lake was beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel also has a peaceful atmosphere and a convenient location. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"From the moment we checked in…4 hours early, it was the most pleasant experience. I didn’t get the ladies’ name at check-in, but she was so sweet and helpful. Our room was so nice with a view of the harbour. The complimentary breakfast was a nice treat. I would totally stay here again! The only negative was that this morning a dog was barking next door for about 15 mins straight. It was loud. Either than that, it’s a great location to walk everywhere!"

"Beautiful property in a great location. Too bad that they don’t have a pool. They advertise the ymca one but we couldn’t use it as it was either not available due to swimming lessons or closed for cleaning."

"The staff really go above and beyond. I stayed for a week to get my son moved into university and the staff was so helpful and kind. Georgia, the wait staff, front desk staff and bar staff were so friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but who cares when they are so clean!! It will be my first choice of accommodation on my next visit."
