"The photos don’t do this place justice! We got in and asked if we could extend our stay! It’s all about the small touches and this place had no shortage of them. They called me to make sure I understood after hours check in. My family and I were walked to our room. We got the suite that looked over the falls. It was spacious, modern, and had more than everything. Family friendly for sure. Breakfast was the nicest and locally sourced continental breakfast ever and was in a cozy gathering room. Can’t recommend enough. We will be back! "

"To avoid checking in at midnight, we needed early check-in. All great with check in and I forgot my printed tix to go to Big E AND Train concert. Santori (sp?) helped with all and set us up beautifully. Thanks for everything Great location and wonderful service--all the rest good as one expects- clean, a breakfast that meet the needs of lo carbers and syrup lovers alike, endless coffee, etc, etc. All with nice smiles and care. Good spot!"
