"Absolutely worth the drive from the airport. Perfect for those who love long walks on the beach, clean waters, and healthy food. Much better value than the all inclusive resorts further south and it’s less crowded. Nobody in my family drank alcohol, so we can’t comment on the drinks. The coffee was delicious."

"Staff were absolutely welcoming going above and beyond with friendliness and service. Rooms were beautiful, clean, better than the pictures. The beach was clean, water was clear, music great. The spa was worth the visit the massages were excellent the sauna was huge and the steam room was great. The views at the hot tub were great. Cooler hot tub temps though. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back as soon as we can. Book the oven view, enjoy the buffets, and visit Catalina excursion, but book through nexus for best quality experience. 10/10!"

"Room were super clean all the time , menu in the buffet excellent, great service, staff from entertainment so cool, dancing specific the one we called electric, he will never stop dancing and having fun with you, the experience was super nice, we don’t want to go home!!! Go there you will never regret it!"

"Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la cena fue un completo desastre. Aunque dijimos en más de 3 ocasiones que por favor me cantaran cumpleaños nunca fue posible. Adicional a eso me trajeron una carne quemada y nunca la repusieron (me quedé sin cenar) … la habitación la limpieza es muy mala, se cayó un frasco de vidrio y ni cuenta se dieron y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que asistieran a limpiar eso. Los empleados todos “son nuevos” y nadie sabe nada … al final duré 2 noches en el hotel y creo que sé mas del hotel que los mismos empleados. Un fracaso total… ah la piscina de la habitación, no pude ni entrarme de lo sucia que estaba"
