"WE MAKE OUR RESERVATION AT EXPEDIA AND NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER WAS PROVIDED IT. GOT LOST... THE ADDRESS WAS NOT PROPER... ARRIVED BY 5:45PM AND NO ONE WAS THERE. CALL, CALL AND CALL...
