"On arrival the staff were very friendly we were on the first floor and there was a lift which is good. Our room was a great size and very clean but no Air con so was very hot even with windows open. Bed was a great size and comfortable. The room was very quite no sound from other rooms. Didn't like the bath had no hand rails to get in or out if you wanted a shower and the step into it was quite high there was shampoo but no conditioner and no bags for sanitary pads. Dining room was lovely and both nights we ate there the dinner was lovely staff great but have to say male staff were far better than females one chewing gum the other looked lost and iv been in hospitality for 30 year so I know what I'm talking about. Breakfast was good also. I loved the fact there was lots of longe areas throughout the hotel to relax in all in all a great stay."
