We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "If it's peace and quiet you want in lovely surrondings, this is the place. It's immaculately clean with everything you need for a self catering break. The view from the lounge, bedroom and conservatory are amazing with lush green fields as far as the eye can see. The host is lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in quite surrondings."
