"Really good hotel and overall we had a great stay. It’s in a really great location, the staff were incredibly helpful across the board and the room was spacious. The food in the restaurant was fine but not great, and the TV was frankly impossible to work out how to connect to. We also had an awful check in, no fault at all of the person at the desk, but there were three stations and only one person manning the desk. It took 25 minutes. But other all we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend."

"We were able to call into the hotel prior to check in and leave our bag securely with reception. Check in was quick and easy. The room was as expected and clean. Tea and coffee facilities and a couple of bottles of water in the room. Our keycard was a little temperamental, however quickly resolved with the night duty manager. I think there might have been a knack to it! Breakfast had a good choice and was presented well. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Location was good. We had a quiet night's sleep on the 7th floor. 10 minute walk to the Royal Amouries Museum, which is free. There's also an amazing book shop on a boat by the museum. A Sainsbury's local just out of the door and to the right of the hotel. 10-15 minute pleasent walk into the centre of Leeds."

"Could not fault the hotel and staff.hotel was spotless and staff super friendly. Room was very clean and bed was unbelievable. Best night's sleep for ages. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. Great location if traveling by train,also a couple of car parks very close."

"The room was amazing! Reception staff were wonderful nothing was too much at all, special thanks to one of the ladies I didn’t catch her name! my stay was just brilliant and the bed was the comfiest Iv ever slept on (I stay in a lot of hotels) ! "The room was very clean no problems. The mattress was very hard and could of done with extra pillows. The facilities such as swimming where very clean and amazing pool. We booked the breakfast which was help yourself to continental and cooked. We paid an extra tenner at the reception to have a little later check out."
