"Decent basic hotel - aircon wasn’t great and the room was very hot to sleep in in May. Breakfast buffet was also pretty basic and left a lot to be desired. Staff were super though!"

Breakfast basic but very nice and covered hot and cold options. Coffee machine at reception really good and great people watching from chairs out front of hotel. Would stay again"

"We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "

"Breakfast included and had a great selection of foods and drinks. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Right near Interlaken west train station. (5 minute walk) plenty of dining options and shopping all within 15 minutes walking."
