"Older hotel but room was clean with no odors. Staff was great, we arrived very early and rooms were not ready yet, but they gave us a parking pass so we could go ahead and start exploring Helen. A/C was great as was the water pressure. Overall this was quite the bargain. "

"This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton."

"The natural beauty of the area around Brasstown Valley Resort is incredible. God's handiwork on display! Overall our experience was excellent. The only negative was that the Brassies Grill was understaffed every time we either ate there or tried to eat there. For the price of items on the menu and the fact that it was the only option for food at certain times at the resort, they definitely could do better. "
