"Very convenient location, close to M11 (5 min drive) and Park and Ride (10 min walk) but noise wasn't an issue as it was constant in the back ground, almost white noise. Rooms good, clean and with a bit of character. Grounds of the house lovely with avenue of trees to drive up to the building, and walk clearly signposted to local pub (20 mins walk, mainly through fields and woodland). Very pleasant stay."
