The property was a “green” property and everything in the room supported that goal.

Location was perfect, close to city center and historical sites. City is busy and little crazy to drive in but is fun if you are up for the adventure. The hotel was impeccable and since the moment we got there the staff was helpful. Digital keys are always hassle free. Room had everything we needed and more. Vangelis is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and acted incredibly quickly to resolve things when we had a minor issue with our room. The room was very clean and well situated in the central area. Our only comment would be that there isn't much in the way of functional space, not many places to put toiletries or large suitcases.

Don’t even bother reading my review. Just click book. Staying here was unbelievable. I almost didn’t believe my eyes, that I had the right place. It’s incredible: brand new, great square footage, ridiculous amenities, and the reception man was very very kind to us. I wish I could live here. When I saw the room and the building, I deeply deeply regretted that I was only here for two days. Out of the 5+ places I’ve stayed in Greece, this is BY FAR the best, and all those places got great reviews...

Perfect place to stay away from the chaos of Heraklion! The food in the restaurant is AMAZING - definitely try the grilled mushrooms if you can (we had it twice)! The homemade white and red wine are also amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Nicolas was an amazing dinner host. We loved every minute of our stay!

George was great, extremely helpful and accommodating. Great mountain and ocean views from the balconies!

Are only disappointment was only booking for one night. Spectacular view, charming host and hostess, George and Aphroditi treated us like family and fed us just as well! Aphroditi is a fantastic cook. This hotel is so lovely! We enjoyed walking to see a 300 year old church and all of The acres of grape, olive, fig, and flower gardens. We ate grapes right off the vine. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We will be back!

Staff are very accommodating friendly and helpful. They gave us a suite which was very clean and newer. We loved our stay there would definitely recommend. The hotel is hard to find is the only negative for us.

I have stayed at the at Elalia for first times. I have always felt well here and staff friendly. Rooms are always kept super clean. Love the fact that there are refrigerators and TV's and channel selections. Plus they are located right in the center of town, close to everything, walking or driving. Wifi slow and instable was only problem

We couldn't be happier with our choice. Everything was simply perfect. Location was in the heart of Malia, close to most restaurants and shops. Our luxury 2-bedroom apartment had an amazing interior, it was also spacious and very clean. Pool area was great as well. We would love to return there some day.

Great place to stay for the price. Spacious studio with a bed and bathroom
