"Cottage is a good standard, great for a pit stop. Stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the Willow restaurant, gorgeous food. Piping hot, seems to be a theme around these parts, something I really appreciate! A bit disappointed that breakfast was only served until 9:30. "

"Booked for a relaxing weekend not too far from home and boy did it live up to expectations . Very clear and concise arrival directions . Easy parking , spotlessly clean . The shower was a delight and so easy to use. The Ribble Valley is somewhere new to us both it’s filled with lovely villages , great pubs and tea/ coffee shops . The local pub serves good local dishes but book early . . For a great Sunday lunch try the Brown Cow at Chatburn wonderful service and a great roast . . Thank you...

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"The property was clean. It was a little inconvenient for people staying longer like we did because there was no washing machine. Also there was no mention when booked that there was no lift had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The parking is on street and can get full. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests. We'll be back!"

"We picked this cottage because of it's location to the dales and the English Country cottage feel. We were BLOWN away by how adorable the house was and how wonderful the setting. I enjoyed drinking tea every morning watching the sheep in the field, looking out over the Dales. The house was clean and exactly as described. The welcome package was so appreciated. Mark communicated quickly. It exceeded our expectations and was just PERFECT!"
