"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "Location was amazing. Absolutely perfect. Had a little difficulty finding the place since there seems to be 2 number sevens on the same street. A little too many instructions to enter the room, but felt safe. Admin was always a message away. Could have used a kettle in the room. "
