"The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "

"Good location, lovely staff, probably requires a little refurbishment, but not too bad overall. Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! Housecleaning team were good, nice little touches such as chocolates for the kids. Also tying up our phone cables etc., always asked if we needed anything. "When i booked it online, i was a little worried. But it turned out to be a great choice. It offers free shuttle bus from airport which saved us a lot of efforts. It is very clean. The room is a little small, but beds are quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly ans helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I will go back to stay there when i visit HK again."

"Upon reaching the kids were thrilled. Bus to ferry around is a plus point. The room is spacious and decent clean but after so many years the toilet is showing signs of aging. "A nice hotel located in the heart of Hong Kong, in Tsim Sha Tsui. Several points of interest are just a stroll away, as well as two MTR stations. We were travelling with two little children (4 and 1 yo) and our room was spacious and fit for our needs, definitely on the large end for the price we paid!
