Minuses: only one bath towel per person, one communal hand towel, no shampoo nor conditioner, not enough storage space in the bathroom, uncomfortable chairs. Pluses: free parking, great view of the stars on a clear night, staff will leave key, map and instructions for you if you arrive after office hours. "
