The Leeds to Liverpool canal-side walk from Saltaire is absolutely beautiful, especially in the summer when everything is luscious and green (July2016). Saltaire itself is also a great place to spend an afternoon, walking around the park and exploring Salt's Mill. The cafe inside - named after David Hockney's dog - is great and very pushchair-friendly.

"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned. First impressions were of a property that has recently been upgraded and decorated however on closer inspection, the finish is very poor and appeared more 'style over...

"The house was really nicely renovated and felt fresh and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. Parking was also easy and it was nice to have a little outdoor space on the patio!"
