Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. "Easy to find, easy to check in without any staff. The room was clean and the kitchen was correct. There are issues with the place though. The bathroom has a foul smell of drains, the metro can be heard and felt as is passes underneath, and the mattress and bedding were very low quality."
