"Everything you need from breakfast ,water in rooms comfy beds & pillows, hand wash shampoo teas & coffee including decaff & oat milk air con , yes the rooms are very small but for the price it's got everything you need in perfect location will only be booking z hotels for future west end show visits "

"The location of this hotel is amazing! You step outside the lobby and see the London Bridge. The room was pleasant enough and comfortable. I have to comment on the shower and how outdated it is. I don’t like the half shower door because all the water ends on the floor. Its height makes it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to enter and exit. "

Great Breakfast, comfortable bed

"Location was convenient near shopping, theater and underground. The food in hotel restaurant was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the room was very small for two people. No place to put luggage and the shower has no way to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet. "

Budget price, but not budget quality!

"Had an excellent stay at the Z hotel City. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived early than check in time however our room was ready so they allocated the keys. Modular compact room with everything you need. Hot shower, lovely queen size bed and pillows, duvet. Free tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo. Good quality towels. The room had air conditioning, and also super quiet. We had a room with a window with a nice view. We didn't book breakfast however it did look really good value for money, we had a speciality croissant with coffee which was really good. Thank you for holding our bags in our 2nd day so we could site see after we had checked out. All in all no complaints, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. 5 stars from me."
