"Everything staff and accommodation was excellent . The breakfast wasn’t very hot and the service inputs was faffy and noisy for other guests . The other guests agreed a hot plate would have been much better than ceramic clinking pots with lids that everyone kept banging throughout breakfast . Other than that it was as brilliant. The staff were so friendly from check-in to cleaners to vet staff and waiters . One waitress was a bit dizzy and left a tray on our table whilst we were getting an update on our coffee and didn’t clean the table next to us very well . I am a caterer and have high waitressing standards but she did do her job with a smile on a Saturday morning . "

"Really convenient for the O2 arena which is only across the Thames. Has limited parking which we were Lucky's to use at £25 per night. Very helpful and friendly staff and reasonably priced for London. "

"The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter. "

"Great stay for our one night trip to London. Excellent location (walking distance) from hotel to O2 arena. Check-in and check-out both seamless and all hotel staff professional and polite. A particular mention regarding breakfast which provided excellent choices of hot or cold buffet style. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Spotlessly clean room, decent size room, comfortable bed, decent shower. A pub/ restaurant next door is great. Easy access to A2 for London/ Canterbury. Have stayed several times and more planned."
