"Very disappointing. I paid £98 for a very basic twin room for 1 night. Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. No TV in room but was told I could watch TV downstairs if I wanted to. The shower didn't work properly - either scalding hot or dribbled out cold water. Sink took ages to drain, noisy radiator. "The overall stay at Kirkill estate rooms was great and excellent. The atmosphere as well as the rooms were clean and great. They also provided every facilities such as kitchen, great outdoors and so on.The property had games room and other board games.They also provided every basic amenities during the stay. This property is worth the price and the journey if you are visiting edinburgh. "
