"Good staff, but understaffed. Facility improving, but much to be done. The entire place wreaks of smoke (weed). My room was large and clean, but stunk. Luckily, an open window with cool air helped with a good breeze. "

"We have stayed at 3 hotels in Juneau and this was by far the best! The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, gave great recommendations for local estaurants and hikes. They have a small kitchen with complementary snacks and some basic breakfast items, along with board games and sofas. We didn't use the hot tubs but they got rave reviews from other guests and we had robes in our rooms and umbrella hats for the Juneau rain- every detail had been thought through!"
