"Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 🏨 I wished that the housekeepers would've consistently checked to see if I needed my room cleaned. I met a couple of housekeepers in passing before I checked out of my hotel. I was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and walked to a couple when the weather was nice and ordered in when the weather got hot and humid. They offered shuttle service and a shuttle took me to the a restaurant Anna's House for Breakfast and then took me to the airport. I really enjoyed my summer vacation in Grand Rapids."

"Room was good. View was not worth the price. Overpriced due to events unfortunately. Nice easy walk to arena and downtown. Parking was super easy. Breakfast was very good at extra charge. My parents had insurance but still somehow lost what they paid for their first night, my dad had the flu and couldn't make the 3 hour drive the first night. Front desk was helpful and polite. Beds and bedding was very good."

"This motel provided so many amenities that other motels now only provide on request. There were cups in the room and an ice bucket. The bathroom was set up to hold multiple products. There was plenty of space for luggage. Lots of outlets for electrical devices. Great pool."
